When will I get my package?
Once your order has passed a review by our customer service department it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY:
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 3 days for in-stock items.
After I place my order, can I track my shipment?
YES. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped or you may login to your account and view your tracking number. If you've ordered from coldbreakbrewing.com by phone and did not receive an internet password from your customer service representative, please call 616-805-9733.
Shipping Discount Restrictions
Shipping discounts are limited to the contiguous USA and may not apply to large, heavy orders and only include standard FedEx Ground rates. Please contact us if there are questions.
- You can return or exchange your item within 90 days from the date of receipt.
- It must be new, in an unused condition.
- Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations
- Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy
- The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner
