What is a Jockey Box?

Jockey boxes are used to serve beer in temporary locations. Internal stainless steel coils are covered in ice and water and as liquid flows through, it is chilled to the proper serving temperature.

One end of a beverage line is attached to a rear shake and the other end is attached to the proper keg coupler. CO₂ is used to pressurize the kegs and dispense the beer.
